That flywheel works. But we are prepared for more scale. Come build a repeatable growth engine that multiplies what's already working — without losing what makes us different.
What You'll Own
Build the engine. Don't just run plays.
You'll report directly to the Managing Partners who set strategic direction. Your job is to build and run the engines that turn that direction into pipeline and revenue.
Pipeline & Demand Generation
Own the systems that generate qualified opportunities — not dependent on founders' calendars
Channel Partnerships
Build institutional referral relationships with VCs, PE firms, law firms, and accelerators — the kind where one partnership opens 10 doors a year
Strategic Partnerships
Turn vendor relationships, referral networks, and industry adjacencies into growth infrastructure — not just contacts
Experimentation & Learning
Test channels, messaging, approaches — with clear thesis and measurable outcomes
AI-Native Operations
Use Cursor, Claude Code, and our internal AI platform to operate like a team of 5
Who You Are
This role is for builders, not advisors.
You're a fit if you:
- Have 4-8+ years in growth, GTM, or revenue leadership — you've built something, not just managed it
- Understand how growth-stage companies think about money and decisions — you speak the language, whether you learned it as an operator, investor, or by working alongside finance leaders
- Have scaled a growth function or stepped into mess and made progress
- Are inventive AND rigorous — experimentation with clear thesis
- Use AI daily to increase speed and leverage
- Want visible impact on a small team
- Can articulate how you'd approach this — not wait to be told
